Congratulations, Mishari!

Not only did Mishari buy a dental practice, but he was awarded a Master of Clinical Dentistry from King’s College London – both on the same day!

He has worked very hard over the past 4 years to receive this award, with Merit. He first started the course back in January 2014 when he was living in Bath, England. This involved two intensive weeks a year of hands on training in London, online course work and assessments, and case studies completed in general practice. He still managed all this, despite moving to Australia in April 2015!

The Masters is in FiDentistry On Georgexed and Removable Prosthodontics, which includes dentures, crown, bridges and implants. These are Mishari’s areas of interest, however he enjoys all aspect of general practice, including treating children and patient education and prevention.

When asked about the highlights of the degree, he stated that it has given him the confidence to treat more complicated cases. He has also enjoyed meeting other dentists from around the world – making new friends and connections with whom to consult.

Mishari is now able to provide more treatment options to his patients, and although he is still keeping up to date with further training, he is putting the formal learning on hold for now to focus on providing the best possible care for the new and existing patients of Ross Parry Dentist.
