We love welcoming new patients to our dental practice. We take pride in doing things a little bit differently from what you might have experienced before.
Our patient lounge is warm and welcoming. If you arrive early, you can have time for a cup of tea or coffee and browse our book selection. We also have stunning views of the Brisbane River.
For our new patients, we welcome you to come in for a comprehensive dental consultation and examination from one of our highly trained dentists. This includes:
Getting you know you, your needs and wants
How your general health may be impacting your oral health, and vice versa.
Screening of your soft tissues for any signs of disease or oral cancer
Screening for and/or assessing gum disease
Checking the teeth for signs of decay, wear, chips or cracks
Digital x-rays if indicated
Photographs of your teeth
Obstructive Sleep Apnoea screening if indicated
Referral for further investigations as required
What happens after the consultation and examination
Your dentist will show you your photos and x-rays and highlight any problem areas.
They will give you individualised advice and create your own bespoke consultation report and treatment plan.

- How to improve the appearance of your smile, if this is something you are interested in
- How to improve the health of your mouth – recommended oral hygiene products and techniques

- Different ways to have the treatment, for example, how we can help if you are anxious about the treatment including different forms of sedation available
Our utmost priority is to look after your health, using only the highest quality materials and latest evidence-backed treatment options.
You can get on-the-spot health fund rebates at our clinic. We accept all health care funds but are not the preferred providers of any.

How much does a new patient consultation and examination cost?
We charge $169 for the full appointment. This includes the consultation, examination, x-rays, photos and your bespoke consultation report.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We ensure that we have one new patient consultation and examination appointment available each day. However, they do book up fast. If you can’t secure your prefered day or time, we do have a standby list that we can put your name on.
Do you accept my health fund for the new patient consultation and examination?
Yes, we welcome all health funds and can do on-the-spot rebates.
How much will my treatment cost?
Our quotes and fees are tailored to your situation and the care you need. Our treatments are competitively priced, but the fees reflect the quality materials and level of care we offer. You’ll get a fully upfront quote before any treatment begins.
What’s the process for booking a new patient consultation and examination?
You can book this online or over the phone with our friendly team. They will ask you more questions about your dental history, so that the dentist can be as prepared as possible for your visit. We want to be able to meet your expectations at our first interaction.
When booking a new patient consultation and examination, we do require a deposit to secure your preferred day and time. This will come off the cost when you attend on the day.
