Dr Mishari Al-Dhafeeri
Owner / Principal Dentist

Dr Mishari graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Glasgow in 2008 and holds his membership of the faculty of dental surgery from Glasgow Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians. He holds a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics from King’s College London. He also completed a Certificate in Dental Implantology through the Cambridge Academy and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology at Charles Sturt University.

Mishari is passionate about restorative and cosmetic dentistry, helping patients rebuild and enhance their smiles through personalised treatment plans. He has extensive experience in dental implants, veneers, crowns and bridges, and full mouth rehabilitation, providing patients in Brisbane CBD with natural-looking, long-lasting results.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and calm, thoughtful manner, Mishari takes the time to listen carefully and explain every option so patients can make confident decisions about their care. His goal is always to achieve smiles that are not only beautiful but healthy and functional — blending expert craftsmanship with genuine care.
He is registered with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Prosthodontic Society, and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Dr Kathryn Al-Dhafeeri

Dr Kathryn graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Glasgow in 2008 and holds her membership of the faculty of dental surgeons from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Edinburgh. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Conscious Sedation and Pain Control from the University of Sydney. She is our in-house dental sedationist and also one of the owners of the practice.

With over 17 years of experience, Kathryn has developed a special interest in caring for anxious and phobic dental patients, and in providing dental sedation options in Brisbane CBD. Her calm and empathetic approach helps patients feel safe, supported, and fully informed throughout their treatment.
As an endorsed dental sedationist, Kathryn provides sedation options including IV sedation, also known as twilight sedation, for patients who struggle with dental anxiety, have more complex treatment needs or who just don’t want to be aware of their dental treatment. She believes that dentistry should be both high-quality and empathetic — combining advanced clinical care with kindness, honesty, and a deep respect for each patient’s comfort and wellbeing.
Kathryn is registered with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Dental Anaesthesiology, and the Australasian Sleep Association.
Silvia
Clinical Office Manager
Silvia brings over 17 years of dental assisting experience to Dentistry on George, including more than a decade supporting our team and patients. As Clinical Office Manager, she ensures the smooth running of all back-office operations, including infection control, dental assistant training, and the ordering of stock and maintenance of equipment, while also working chairside to support our dentists and patients directly.

Nooshin
Dental Assistant
Nooshin brings a wealth of dental knowledge and experience to Dentistry on George. Trained as a prosthodontist (specialist dentist) overseas, she now works as a dental assistant, where her advanced clinical understanding and attention to detail are invaluable in supporting both our dentists and our patients.

I have been coming to Dentistry on George since its inception in 2018. Dr Mishari, Dr Kathryn, and their team are exceptional.
